All orders must be placed through our website.

Prices are displayed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless approved by our team.

3. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on location and order volume.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.).

If no one is available at the delivery address, the order may be:

Left at the door (customer assumes responsibility)

Returned to the store (re-delivery charges may apply)

Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will only be issued for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to our error.

If you receive the wrong or defective item, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared or out for delivery.
